Baceado and Profiling
The initial process, where the powders are turned into a liquid paste ready to be poured into the plaster molds.
Polished and Enameled
To finish the first stage in the elaboration of the pieces are polished with sponge and water to eliminate lines and thick edges.
Subsequently, the piece is enameled with a "glass" that allows the piece to contain liquid without seeping through the pores of this.
Marked and Decorated
When the piece is dry and ready to decorate, a pencil lines are placed that will serve as a guide for the decoration; as well as the edges of the pieces and some lines with the brush. We do the decoration with the help of a knob and the cobalt blue color, where patterns are captured, giving the piece a unique personalization.
Color and Points
The colors are what mark the personality of the piece. The decorator chooses what color combination to put on the piece as well as the order of this in the decoration. Baking and Review
All this work culminates with the baking of the piece, which, in a schedule of 6 to 8 hours, is baked at a temperature of 1280 ° C.
After the baking time, the piece is checked to see if it does not present any defect and, the pieces that need it, the application of handles, clappers, corks, etc.
