Welcome to Ceramica Servin Coyoacan. Below are the terms and conditions governing the use of our website, workshop or any of our electronic media for purchasing our products. By using our sites and making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all product sales made through our website or digital media (Facebook, Instagram, email, or WhatsApp).
 

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the publication of such changes.
 

1.3 It is the customer's responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.
 

2. Shipping

2.1 We ship to Mexico, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
 

2.2 Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient's location and product availability. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase. Generally, standard delivery times, considering the piece is in commercial parcel service, are as follows:
 

- Mexico: 3-7 business days
- United States and Canada: 3-14 business days - Latin America: 10-20 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Africa and Asia: 15-30 business days
 

2.3 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
 

2.4 Duties, taxes, and other additional charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and pay these charges. Ceramica Servin Coyoacan is not responsible for these additional costs or delivery delays resulting from failure to pay these duties.
 

2.5 In some cases, packages may be held by customs authorities in the destination country. The customer will be responsible for resolving any issues with customs and for paying any additional fees that may arise.
 

2.6 We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation service interruptions, customs issues, strikes, or labor disputes.
 

2.7 In case of lost packages, Servin Coyoacan will support providing the necessary documentation for the insurance claim but will not be responsible for the loss or offer any compensation to the customer.
 

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 We accept returns of products within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Damaged, used, or altered products will not be eligible for return.
 

3.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info_coyoacan@ceramica-servin.com, providing your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
 

3.3 Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error in the shipment. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
 

3.4 Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take between 5 and 10 business days.
 

3.5 Returns of customized or made-to-order products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
 

4. Liability

4.1 Ceramica Servin Coyoacan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
 

4.2 The liability of Ceramica Servin Coyoacan is limited to the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs and any duties or taxes paid by the customer.
 

4.3 In the event of receiving a defective product, the liability of Ceramica Servin Coyoacan is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, at our discretion.
 

4.4 If a piece arrives broken due to shipping, Servin Coyoacan will support with a 30% recovery of the piece and provide the necessary documentation for the insurance claim. If the customer chooses not to insure their package, Servin Coyoacan will not provide any recovery percentage and disclaims any liability for the purchased pieces.
 

4.5 Servin Coyoacan provides a link to track your package in real time, along with the estimated delivery date. Therefore, we suggest that you personally receive the package.

Servin Coyoacan is not responsible for packages delivered to a closed door or concierge, stolen, or lost packages.
 

4.6 Servin Coyoacan is not responsible for any errors due to incorrect customization text, color choice, or contact and shipping information. All customization, color choices, design choices, contact information, and shipping details are the customer's responsibility.
 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the website, Ceramica Servin Coyoacan workshop, and digital media, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ceramica Servin Coyoacan or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
 

5.2 It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any material from the website or Ceramica Servin Coyoacan workshop without prior written consent from Ceramica Servin Coyoacan.
 

6. Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 

6.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
