SHIPPING POLICY

At SERVIN Coyoacán we are 100% committed to our clients by delivering high quality work.

Once finished, the crafts may present some details derived from the production process, it must be taken into account that it is 100% HAND MADE. For this reason, it may present variations in its finishes, which does not mean an imperfect factory or defective quality, since they are results of the production process, making each piece unique and different from the others.​

Regarding the aesthetics of the piece, this is the personal appreciation of each client. We understand that if there is an interest in crafts, it is because their unique characteristics and the charming history that each one has are appreciated.  

EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY

If the purchased craft is defective for normal use, we will replace it at no additional charge within a maximum period of 1 month after delivery, except for shipping and delivery costs.

 

The warranty excludes damage from accident, improper use, such as damage from overheating. Does not apply scratches, stains, discoloration and other surface damage that does not impede the proper functioning of the craft.
